Cheapest hotel in Las Americas, perfectly adequate for the price paid. No air conditioning but there are fans to rent. Huge pool area with plenty of loungers

The staff was very polite and kind. I like it my cleaning lady Laura,the hotel security, the pool lifeguard. I didnt like it that was too much noise from the English tourists. It was difficult to sleep at night because of them. this is the reason why I will not return to this hotel again

It was sad that there was no a remote controler to watch TV and no free Wi-Fi. There was also no shampoo, conditioner or body balm in the bathroom. The shower head didn’t have a stand and was spraying all over the floors snd walls, no option to have a bath because bath tap didn't work.

Cleaners were so rude ! Partner had been sick of a bug he caught and I asked for the cleaners to clean the bathroom they used the mop on the toilet and then cleaned in the shower !!

Nice hotel, very close to the main strip.

Stayed in this hotel with 3 of my friends and we had a great time. Stayed there from 7th of July till 14th of July. Overall the hotels was good for what we paid for. It is a 3 star hotel so was expecting 3 star condition and it met it. Food was amazing, different variety to suit different tastes. Don't be fooled by some negative comment about this hotel. Just remember it is a ***3 STAR*** hotel.

Another Good Stay

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now. It's not the newest or most up to date hotel in the resort, but it's inexpensive and fills our needs. We take up the all inclusive option, it works including board at around £27 per person. The food is fine, there is always a good variety of hot dishes, and a great big salad bar. Drinks are served in plastic or paper cups, the exception being wine in the restaurant. Some people (idiots) we overheard moaning about this, but personally I think it's safer than broken glass in an area where people ar wandering round in bare feet or flip flops. The front desk service was efficient too. The room decor is a bit dated, but the beds are comfortable enough. all come with a fridge, microwave and hob for those that would prefer room only, but the upgrade to all inclusive is so cheap it would be daft not to. It's not like a Sandals all-inclusive, but neither is the price.

First Time All Inclusive

Going all inclusive was a new experience for us, but without a doubt is was very good. On arrival the receptionist advised us to go and get our meal, before we went to our room as they stopped serving in 15 minutes, which was really nice of her to say so. The meals were very good and there was plenty to eat with good choices. It was a great saving when we could go to the bar all day till 10 30.

A l'arrivé ont eu la chambre 1017 une chambre très sale puis après réclamation ont nous a changer d'étage le bruit du soir affreux les beuveries et de laisser trainner les gobelets partout

L'unica nota positiva è la vicinanza al mare e alla zona movimentata dell'isola. Per il resto è assolutamente da sconsigliare. È molto sporco sia nelle camere che in tutto il resto dell'albergo, dovuto anche all'inciviltà dei turisti. La camera è grande ma letti super scomodi e un pò lasciati andare nell'arredamento... Il cibo è pessimo.... Alle volte anche inguardabili (le cozze erano verdi!!!!!) provare x credere... A girare tutta l'isola si vedevano alberghi sicuramente migliori... Basterebbe solo un alloggio decente per la notte in quanto il cibo nei vari locali è buono e molto economico!
