Great Hotel.

That was a really pleasant stay in Regency The apartmenta are very confortable, the staff is very kind, the locations is great (better if you are by car) and the swimming pool is a must. Very recommended.

We had a short break here in February. The accommodation met our needs but did feel that it could do with upgrading. Location was great and it was nice to be away from the main coastal areas. The pool area was lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers available. Reception staff always friendly and welcoming and were very helpful in helping to arrange for the return of an item I left behind.

We loved our stay at the Regency Country Club ! Good breakfast variety, great swimming pool, nice bedroom. The only point we’d raise is that smoking is permitted next to the pool… with the wind it’s really not nice to have people smoking/vaping next to you. We’ll be back :)

We loved our stay here as a family of four. The staff were so friendly and helpful and could not do more for us. I would personally steer away from the restaurant and breakfast, it’s over priced and it’s not that good. Go out for dinner and grocery store your own breakfast. Other than that tho it was perfect!

Fantastic place!

Fantastic property, with amazing staff. Special mention to Bruno on the reception desk. Very good communicator, and made real effort to great us every day. Restaurant food was lovely, and reasonably priced. Would 100% return in the future.

Lovely Hotel with a spectacular pool area. However a little out of the way and if you don't have your own transport or use the bus, Taxis can become quite expensive.

Overall in most areas the hotel is very tired looking and needs a considerable amount spent on upgrades. Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds but again these are very worn. Large pool area but not at all clean. Nice setting in the hills and only a 10 min drive to Los Christianos. Without a car you would be very isolated.

Couples stay

Hotel was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were a bit dated and none of the doors opened properly and got stuck against the floor which was just annoying, also sink didnt drain properly, not a big issue. The location was ok, the shuttle was good for getting to cristianos in the day but taxis at 10-15 euros to the beach and restaurants was more than i expected and made eating out very expensive. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was also pretty expensive but it was nice. The pool and mini golf were great too

Massive pool heated. Plenty seats around the pool. Good breakfast. No shops in walking distance, like supermarket, but 5 minutes by car to the nearest one. You will need a car or go in shuttle bus once a day, leaving in the morning return in the afternoon. Reception friendly. Will come again.

This was our second stay and our expectations from last year were met once again. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile. The hotel is so clean, feels so safe and inviting and the option of an apartment to ensure a proper bed each for our family of four (not pull outs) was a game chnager for our teenage children. The pool, crazy golf & various entertainment provided were all in exceptional condition. Breakfast was the same each day, howevere with such variety on offer, it was hard not to mix it up. We used the shuttle bus to the beach each day and found using taxi's very smooth for evening trips out. The local supermarket is small but well stocked & the little restaurant next door does wonderful food for a quieter meal than down by the seafront. Over all, we love this resort and hotel & would recommend it in a heartbeat to families, couples and friends.

The Staff ist very friendly and cares a lot for customers to have a good stay. However the apartments are quite old and definitely need some modernisation. They are as clean as possible considering the use over the years. The pool area is great and the best part of the hotel. However within the area around is nearly nothing available without a car. Within the apartments it is quite loud at night as the walls seem to be thin. The restaurant is nothing special but ok.

Great hotel poor atmosphere

Had a lovely couple days at this hotel everything screamed luxury! When we arrived we were greeted by Bruno and he really set our holiday off to a good start he was welcoming, we mentioned we had a car to explore and he recommended some amazing places, thank you Bruno! The weather wasn’t great but we were in for a treat when we discovered the pool is heated, we didn’t really use the facilities as the pool had no music or atmosphere. The evenings were also as lovely was a wake so we got a taxi into town for around 12/15 euro

Needs updating

The hotel is in a quite location and set out nicely with parking, the rooms are large, the kitchen has all the items needed apart from a washing machine and a dishwash. The bedroom and bathroom could with updating air conditioning unit cracked and a strange 5 litre water bottle wedge in it, tap have lost the chrome finish they are so old, mirror in bathroom cracked, it’s time to update the whole place.

Wonderful stay

The hotel is really wonderful. Yes, it could use a little facelift but everything is clean and the overall atmosphere is really great. We had a condo with a jacuzzi and a rooftop terrace and it was just awesome. The views were amazing and the room was clean and really big. Drinks at the swim up bar, really good and affordable. Minigolf was and awesome addition! The staff made the stay. Bruno at the front desk and the pool bar guys, thanks! Always attentive service and welcoming spirit. I hope we had stayed longer! Taxi to the citycenter is 10€. Can be ordered from the reception. Only complaint, the gym really needs a renovation!

Overall, my experience at the hotel was decent. We arrived at 11:40 pm, and unfortunately, the room key didn't work, which was a bit annoying. However, the staff was very helpful and cheerful, despite being understaffed. The hotel itself is not modern or stylish, more reminiscent of 2006, but it is clean. The bathtub jacuzzi was not working, but it was spacious. The pool was nice, and the view was okay. Parking was convenient, and the price was reasonable. The breakfast was satisfactory, better than the UK Ibis breakfast.
