Casa Sarita - private colorful vacation home in Chayofa with pool

Our spacious holiday home in the sunny south of Tenerife has a living space of 80 sqm on two floors.

The house is located in a quiet residential complex, mainly inhabited by locals and residents.

In Chayofa you'll find what you want for a holiday in the South: over 300 days of sunshine a year, about 350 rain-free days and a mild low-irritant climate, which lives up to the name of Tenerife as an island of eternal spring.

The house is furnished to a high standard, so you will not miss anything.

On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with dining area, the well-equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. From here you have easy access to the private terrace with a romantic little garden.

Use the other exit, you come to the community pool of the small condominium, which of course you may share.

Upstairs you will find the two light-flooded
Bedroom (of course with shutters in the darkened) each with a balcony and the well-equipped bathroom.

The two bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes.
The larger room ('Rojo') also has a small one
A desk, a shelf cabinet and a safe.

Please note that our house - also with regard to your Nachmieter - is a Non smoking house.
Of course smoking is allowed on the terrace and the balconies.
Ashtrays can be found in the living room cabinet.
