「No issues with the place, right by the slopes and room to store skis 」

「We were a group of 2 families consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. We were given rooms next to each other on level 2 which was perfect. No need to get in the lifts in the morning to get to the slopes. The room had everything we needed and had much more space than I thought we would get. The beds and sofa bed was comfortable as were the pillow. We never used any of the facilities on site so can't comment on those but thought the location for us was great having a children in ski school in the...

「No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct.」

「Apartamento para dormir una persona e incomodo incluso para uno, tetris para dormir y camas plegables incomodas, dice para 4 y para esto no puedes ni moverte. 20m2 como mucho.」

「J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

「Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. 」

「Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

「The hotel is centered around their restaurant which superb. Also the breakfast is unconventional and made of the finest ingredients. The spa is small but lovely and made with the finest taking care of details. A place which is a true delight 」

「Résidence datée, ménage moyen (la cuisine doit être faite par le précédent) mais tout est sale. Chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas. L'etablissement est bien situé par contre avec une vue sublime. Personnel d'accueil gentille. Mais aucun contact pour rendre la clé donc il faut attendre pour récupérer la caution. 」

「Amazing stay! The hotel is perfectly located right by the slopes, recently renovated with a cozy and modern feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dinner was delicious. A perfect spot for a ski holiday – we’ll definitely be coming back!」
