“Pas de climatisation, pas de ventilation, chambre très petite, vacarme toute la nuit causé par les mouettes qui ont élu domicile sur le toit du bâtiment à côté de l’hôtel. Deux nuits sans vraiment dormir.”

“Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet, trotz eines alten Hauses. Hier hat man sich viel Mühe gegeben. Alles sehr sauber. Leider lag das Zimmer direkt an einer Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster, so dass es sehr laut war. Wenn man das Zimmer zum sehr schönen Hof gehabt hätte, wäre es sicher besser gewesen. Trotzdem ein gutes Hotel, wo man sehr gut übernachten kann.”

“Bathroom with shower was super small and not super clean. Bed mattresses were also not very comfortable, but fine for one night. We stayed at two B&B hotels, this one and one in Caen and the one in Caen was much nicer so there is a great deal of difference between this chain of hotels.”

“I loved everything about the Odeladelo. The proprietor was friendly and helpful. For dinner options, she recommended an excellent restaurant in town and made the reservations for us. Our room was clean and very roomy. The bathroom looked to be recently renovated and was very clean. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. I would definitely stay at the Odeladelo again.”

“Clean and parts of the room were newly renovated but other parts were not. It has a vibe of the old beach hotel it would have been in the 50s!”

“Excellente expérience ! J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour faire une pause sur mon trajet Nantes → Bruxelles, que je ne pouvais faire d’une traite. Son emplacement est parfait : à deux pas de l’autoroute, mais assez éloigné pour éviter toute nuisance sonore. La chambre, rénovée récemment, n’a rien à envier à celles des hôtels de chaîne type Mercure (j’en ai testé certains bien moins confortables… pour un prix bien plus élevé !). “Maison ancienne avec charme, chambre avec décor et ameublement simples au dernier étage (Chambre double panoramique n° 2-attention plusieurs escaliers pour y accéder), vue mer à travers la fenêtre. “A nice room with welcome air conditioning and a comfortable bed, but overall the experience was disappointing given the expectations of the price point and Mercure brand: only paper cups provided in lieu of glasses; dreadful coffee in the room with only powdered milk that was well past its due date; and paying extra for a sea view is not worth the money as all one can see is a derelict outdoor swimming pool. Bike parking was fine.”
