“Had a wonderful stay for a weekend family retreat with adult children and our dog. The place was well furnished with quality bedding and very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with spices and treats. Location was central and convenient with the Arroyo Grande village nearby, Trader Joe's, and freeway access to hikes, golfing, and beach. It was nice having a small backyard for our dog. Complex was very quiet. Electric car charger was a definite bonus. Would love to come back for another stay.”

“The pictures looked so bright fresh and clean, so we were somewhat disappointed upon arrival. Dirty carpets, rotting baseboards in bathroom and broken blinds in bedroom and family room. Shower needs an upgraded shower head. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was spotless. The apartment was very quiet and easy parking. I think it’s in some sort of transition, so might improve in the future. Very close to the beach. Great communication. ”
