Newly furnished custom home is comfortable, private and well-appointed. Open floorplan means guests should all be comfortable with one another as the only doors in the house are for entry/exit and on the two bathrooms, or to separate two distinct living areas with bedroom using a set of large wooden doors.
In the front space is a large living space, cafe dining space, desk and chair, loft sleeping space, kitchenette, and bathroom.
Upstairs loft with queen bed is reachable only by a spiral staricase, so plan accordingly as the spiral staircase is not safe for young children.
In the back side of the home is a full kitchen, large dining area, queen sleeping space with privacy curtain, sofa and fireplace, and a full bathroom with tub.
The exterior features a large flagstone patio with sturdy patio furniture, gorgeous hot tub, covered portal and landscaped yard. The entry porch is stone and soaks up the sun in the afternoon so it's a great late day sitting porch, especially in fall and winter.
