Love this home

We had a fabulous stay. We loved the home and neighborhood and the proximity to Taos skiing. We would love to come back and stay again. I think the home needs a bigger or more visible signage for the house number. We had a tough time finding the home as the number was so small and hard to find. But once we found the home we totally enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to come back and visit!

Great location

Clean and well stocked with necessary household items. Spiral staircase was hard for this 50 year old and master bedroom is up the staircase.

Nice, spacious house close to the ski valley

Big enough property for our group. Wish there had been some hand soap and more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. Plenty of towels for bathing and hot tubbing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Mountain Views

House is beautiful, all decorations are so beautifully picked for the house. The bathroom upstairs is the size of a room. (Loved, loved) big enough for my family of 5. So close to the mountains for hiking and riding the lifts. Our favorite part was enjoying the hot tub at night and looking at the stars.

Casa del Lujo

Had a family gathering at Casa del Lujo. The location was great, in between Taos and Taos Ski Valley. It was a very nice neighborhood and home. I would recommend that the hot tub be cleaned and maintained on a regular basis and that the screens be repaired. It was hot during our stay and we couldnot keep the doors opened because the screens were not in good shape.

July at Casa del Lujo

Our family of 4 enjoyed the location, space and scenery of Casa del Lujo. The 3 bedroom adobe is charming. The property manager is delightful to work with. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We give the beds a 3.5 out of 5 for comfort. The home is well equipped with fans which are absolutely necessary in July in a home without air-conditioning. We would return to casa del Lujo.

Close to slopes and plenty of comforts

House is great size with everything needed for family of 6 with 3 large dogs. Quiet neighborhood within 15 to Taos ski valley. Minutes from Arroyo Seco and great local eating venues.

Property unclean and not ready in time

We were told to contact the property caretaker in order to check in, but when I texted, I received no reply. When we called, the caretaker had no idea we were arriving. We had planned to check in at 4 and make a few work calls before dinner. The property manager told us there had been a mix up on their end with cleaners but did not apologize. We were unable to get in for another 21/2 hours. All 5 of us were put on hold and our dog was stuck in the car for another 21/2 hours. The property manager never called to check that we got in and did not wave the cleaning fee. I will not use a site that uses property management companies again.

Amazing!

The pictures don’t do this place justice, it was an absolutely beautiful property! If you are skiing at Taos, this is the perfect location. Right between town and the resort, it gives you easy access to both. The neighbor hood was great and pretty quiet. Would highly recommended!

Great Stay/Ski Location

Only 20 minutes to the slopes, and 15 to town and restaurants. Beautiful setting. Very clean, wonderful pueblo style home.

Family Ski Trip to Taos

My family and one dog 7-day stay at this residence was fantastic. I rated it 5 stars across the board because it deserved nothing less. The place was modern, clean and decorated and equipped with all the amenities that I would have in my own place. Even more. The kitchen was so well equipped that it really facilitated our gourmet cooking. Location can't be better. Short 12 min drive to the base lodge and just a few minutes that other direction to town. So much to see in Saco and Taos Town. We will return to Taos and we hope to get this place again. Walks with family were perfect with mountain settings. Love this place.

Stunning Views

We had a wonderful stay. It’s a cute and comfortable home. Our girls comfortably shared a room and my parents took the other room. A total of four adults, one preteen, and a teenager were all able to fit comfortably. We enjoyed the hot tub and the community pool. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our walks with our dog in the mornings. We wanted to pinch ourselves every morning with the gorgeous views of the mountains. We totally fell in love with the little town of Taos and this place was very special. We will definitely be back. (Warning: There are coyotes in the area, so be aware of that when walking your dog. We did have to scare a large coyote from attacking the neighbors dog)

A Hidden Gem!💎

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home just outside of Taos! Plenty of room, very clean, lovely decor, and a beautiful view! We enjoyed a couple of wonderful, picturesque hikes, as well as shopping and delicious food in Arroyo Seco. We hope to return!

Great location! Beautiful mountain views! Great kitchen and living room. Needed new couch...very worn. Bedrooms large....master could use lined curtains for more privacy. Hot tub was nice. Overall great experience!
