“Where do I begin? The photos don't compare to how beautiful this house is. The pool and patio area were perfect. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen had everything we could need and then some. Prior to our arrival José sent a detailed list of restaurants, grocery & convenient stores so we were able to eat and do some grocery shopping and were quickly settled as soon as we arrived. The only thing we didn't get to fully enjoy was the nearby beach. The waves were……

“Property was as described, we were the first renters in this new construction. Angela was very descriptive about what to expect and communicated everything in advance. The house is beautiful and the outdoor entertaining area very luxary and not your average VRBO. We spent a lot of time in the pool area. They have put a lot of love and attention to detail in this home, with very nice furnishings, decor, and the linens are not your average VRBO linens. Its very unique and especially in PR. The……

“Great for the price. Beautiful side of the island. An hour plus from San Juan so that surprised us a little. I say plus because sometimes the traffic is nuts. The house was perfect and was perfect for what we needed, which was just a place to rest our heads and sleep. Hector, the contact for the property, was very knowledgeable and communicated with us before, during and after our stay. Would definitely rebook this property.”

“This place was perfect for our family vacation- 5 children (ages 7-15) and 3 adults. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and areas to spend time together too. There are 2 balconies- one overlooking the golf course and one with an ocean view- the ocean breezes are fantastic! We ate outside every meal. The steps to the beach is underestimated- it's across the parking lot and quiet street- so still really close! The pool is also so close (just down the stairs and a few steps away. The villa……

“We stayed as a family including 2 adults, 2 adult children and one child. We had plenty of room and adequate number of restrooms. Everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach was there. The location is far from the city, but that was what we wanted. The seaweed made the beach nearby impossible to use , but the views were amazing. The host was very responsive and the community is quiet and not very crowded. ”

“Check in was easy. Unit was terrific. We had 5 people but unit could have handled twice that much. Very short walk to the pool and only a few steps more to the beach. Unit had great balcony on main floor and rooftop patio... both with incredible views. WiFi was flawless.Had a couple of minor issues that were addressed and taken care of right away.Jay and Ashley are terrific. Actually got to meet Jay... outstanding young man. Really a pleasure.We have stayed in other parts of Palmas Del Mar……
