“The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. She cried when she saw them. The owner was nice to remove some of the spider webs. But the bugs was the bigger issue for us. I wasn’t very……

“We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. There is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is very pet friendly. There is also a nice garden and lots of outdoor space, which made it perfect for walking……

“Staff in the cafeteria (-1 level) is very helpful. He helped me heat up my dinner. Since the hotel is situated remotely, I purchased two cold meals at Carrefour express before checking in. The hotel provides water machines, this is very convenient and helpful.”

“Renoviertes italienisches Motel in guter Lage, wenn man alles mit dem Auto erledigen will. Für einen Kurztrip wirklich anfrnehm und nur nettes Personal getroffen. Schade, dass das Restaurant im Keller ist, wäre es im Erdgeschoss mit Gartenzugang wäre es optimal. Das Frühstück war italienisch und gut bestückt, frisches typisches italienisches knuspriges Brot wäre noch das Sahnehäubchen gewesen. Personal auch hier sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass immer wieder nachgelegt wurde. Insgesamt……

“My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's a four-star hotel, about 7 kilometers from MXP airport, and the price was attractive, but there are no commercial facilities nearby. It would be inconvenient to get around without a car. The room facilities were clean and acceptable. We would like to commend the front desk staff; they were very friendly and welcoming.”
