I am a wheelchair user and once inside the property everything ok. A lack of handrails inside and outside prevented me from going from room to easily and outside no chance. The shale parking space and path up to the property not easy for me. Never showered all week , no handrails. Other members in my family, found no problems at all. We adored it at treetops. A wonderful holiday after all the restrictions with covid 19 etc . The pool area was such addition to our experience and our grandchildren couldn’t get enough of it . It’s very safe and secure so we had no worries with the children and safety etc . We adored the beautiful views from most of the windows and could have simply looked out at them all day . John the owner was very helpful and always at the end of the phone if we had a query . A wonderful experience which we would do all over again if we could ! Excellent location, with wonderful views. The pool was a delight, and the cottage well-equiped. Access is along a private track which does have a tight bend and a steep section, not a problem but something to be aware of

House was nice but one tv there was no siginal and main tv only 6 channels no sky tv? Internet was very poor . The pool was very nice and a lovely tempture the house was clean and well equipped.

Amazing location! Cottage is beautiful! Beyond beautiful. Pool is lovely. It was a daily struggle to get the children out of it! It really is a home from home. Could do with a king size bed though!
