Stay in Penthouse Luxury with this new apartment with quiet and comforting features overlooking the stunning scenery overlooking the Shotover River & Coronet Peak that Arthurs Point has to offer.
Staying at La Residence du Parc is sure to impress and make your holiday in Queenstown one to remember!
The apartment is modern and luxurious that offers quiet and private enjoyment while only being a 6 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of central Queenstown.
The Space:
Featuring your own private balcony, a fire to relax in front of after a day exploring the area, this apartment is perfect to unwind in.
Located on the top floor this Penthouse has two large bedrooms each with their own private en suite bathrooms makes this space ideal for couples, families or travelling with friends.
Both bedrooms featuring views of the surrounding alpine scenery.
A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of dining in or enjoy some of the surrounding restaurants & cafes.
A perfect all season apartment for al fresco dining on the deck or relaxing in front of the fire on a snowy winters day. Fibre Wi-fi is complimentary at this property.
Air-conditioning is equipped in this apartment.
Please enquire regarding larger groups or families travelling together as we manage other apartments in the same building.

Taxis, Uber and buses are available in the Area. This apartment has a conveniently located bus stop near by for transport into Queenstown.

Great location 7 mins out of the main centre. Close to 4 restaurants and a convenience store just across the road. It is on a busy road so be aware of road noise.But modern and well appointed room.

Perfect Stay in Queenstown
This condo was a great base for us during our stay on Queenstown. The area was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful views from the balcony. The condo was new, comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommended this condo.
