“The best location in all of Seoul! Staff made sure we had everything we needed.”

“closer to Jongnak Station within 5 minutes walking fistance, very accessible to some traditional scenic views.”

“The location is great. It’s situated between two MRT stations, nestled in an alley making it very quiet. The room was clean, well-equipped, and staff were friendly.”

“If many overseas visitors use the hotel it would be good to have more information in English. Need clear instructions on how to check in. It was by chance that the good young manager came out as I think he saw me on CCTV waiting outside (this was before the official check-in time). Wasn't aware there was no desk to check in upon arrival.”

The room was extremely clean and was suitable for my purposes as I was traveling alone, but it was fairly small (especially the bathroom). The hotel also operates on with self check-in, so I never actually saw a member of the staff. This wasn't an issue for me as I didn't have any problems, but I……

“Compact self-serving hotel with nice renovation. The location is nice, with 10-min walk to the subway station and next to the Cheonggyecheon, I can even have a walk after dinner. Would be more preferable if hot water is available on every floor. Nice stay though.”

“The room is nice and clean. Air conditioning was adequate. We really appreciated the laundry facility with washer and dryer. Free coffee in the morning, but no cream/milk. Free drink machine in the afternoon, very nice to have cold drinks coming in from outside. The free ramen at 900pm was generous. The room is not well lighted. The light close to the door is on motion sensing, very annoying when you are trying to pack - it turns off constantly. No lighting close to the beds. There are no……
