Valerie greeted us as we arrived and showed us to our rooms, which were extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. There was an AC in each of the two bedrooms and a very large bathroom with a shower and big jacuzzi bathtub. We had been unable to rent a car when we arrived and Valerie got on the phone right away to help us get it sorted. We got a rental car the next morning. She also provided a ton of restaurant recommendations, which we tried and all were delicious! The breakfast in the mornings consisted of croissants, bread, fruit juice, tea or coffee. All were very good! We didn’t try out the pool but it looked very clean and well-kept. Overall a wonderful stay up on the quiet mountainside!

Unterkunft war super sauber und europäisch, kann ich nur empfehlen. Besitzerin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Zum beachten ist nur, man braucht ein Leihauto, das ist unbedingt erforderlich. Der Urlaub war perfekt.

Amazing place to stay. Quiet and up in the hills with amazing views. Valerie and Laurent were super friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent stay, place is so nice and clean and well kept. Hosts, Valerie et Lauren are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. You do need a car to get to the place and to get around. The drive up to the place on a hill could be challenging for weak driver.

The property was beautifully maintained with a lovely eating area overlooking the ocean, surrounded by lush tropical garden and a pool to dip in to escape the heat. Rooms are spacious, lovely decorated and very comfortable king bed. Best part on top of all this is the Hostess Valerie who makes you feel like family. Nothing is too much for her, and s beautiful breakfast daily available with other guests and Valerie felt like we were visiting friend rather than staying on our holidays. Highly recommend, merci beaucoup Valerie.

What a beautiful place to land when flying into Papeete! Valerie the owner was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed at all times! Only wish we had booked a longer stay! The wonderful breakfast in the morning and quiet area with beautiful ocean views was fantastic! Was a little hard to find in the dark, but a wonderful home feel with good air conditioning, swimming pool daily breakfast and family charm!

Que dire ! Foncer et réserver en toute confiance. L’hébergement correspond exactement au descriptif et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Mais surtout : vous pouvez compter sur Valerie et Laurent qui vous donnerons pleins de conseils sur la Polynésie et d’aide. Merci à vous deux et à très bientôt.

Home away from Home… Very nice place up in the hills with maginificient view and nicely decorated rooms. The couple that runs the place were super friendly and had a lot of good advices about where to go and what to do.

This is my second visit to Tahiti and my second time staying at Maison Taina. Valerie and Laurent are wonderful hosts. If you are looking for top notch hospitality and want to feel welcome, stay here. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was perfect for both my visits. It is worth the extra few minutes’ drive from the airport to Maison Taina! We will be coming back to FP and will definitely book with them again next time.

This was our favorite location on the island of Tahiti. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the lodging was very comfortable, with A/C, a very nice pool, and a lovely breakfast served by the host. It was probably the best value of any place we rented during our trip. If i ever return to Tahiti I will most definitely stay here!

Everything was perfect, this host has really thought of everything and it had everything you needed to feel comfortable on vacation. It felt like a home away from home. We will be coming back.

What a wonderful place to land in Tahiti! The hosts were very nice and super helpful. The room was great, nice hot shower, great coffee and lovely breakfast. Highly recommend!
