This elegant villa in Pantogia offers a luxurious coastal retreat for up to 14 guests, just minutes from Porto Cervo’s marina and boutiques. With three en-suite bedrooms in the main house, three annex rooms with private entrances, and a separate guest house, it’s ideal for large families or groups. The lush fenced garden, private pool (April–October), and barbecue area create a serene setting for alfresco dining and sun-soaked relaxation. Nature lovers and pets will enjoy nearby walking trails and beaches like Piccolo and Grande Pevero (1 km), or the tranquil Cala Granu. Porto Cervo’s promenade (1.5 km) offers upscale shopping and yacht views, while cultural gems like Nuraghe La Prisgiona and the Maddalena Archipelago are perfect for day trips. For dining, savor seafood and Mediterranean flavors at Trattoria da Patrizia, Myrto Ristorante Pizzeria Gourmet, or Confusion Boutique Restaurant. Die Lage des Objektes wunderschön. Das Haus von der Einteilung gut bis auf das 7. Zimmer. Dies war nicht wirklich bewohnbar. Das Objekt ist mit 12 Personen max. nutzbar. Der Standard innerhalb des Objektes entsprach nicht dem Preis. Für jegliche Aktivitäten ist ein Fahrzeug erforderlich .
