Nice T2 view on the port of Crouesty

Located in the background of the bustling harbor, this pretty T2 offers a magnificent view of the gardens and the boats.
It is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence between the port, the thalassotherapy, the shops and the beach.
It has a private outdoor parking space secured by a barrier.
The apartment is composed of an entrance hall with cupboards, a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room, a completely new bathroom with large walk-in shower and washing machine, separate WC, a redecorated living room with nautical style and boat knots, with TV, convertible BZ sofa for 2, a kitchen area equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, a balcony with garden furniture all located full South.

Super week-end en amoureux à Arzon ! On a été très bien accueillis, même en arrivant un peu tard. Lovely views from spacious apartment

Ideal for 2 people but would accommodate 4 . Easy walk to restaurants and shops and the marina and beautiful coastal walks. Private parking a bonus. Went in late June - great time to visit as was relatively quiet. Good base for visiting the Morbihan Gulf which is beautiful. Great nearby free bus travel, if needed.
