"Wonderful stay! Our friends were late in arriving and they held dinner for them. The dinner and breakfast were amazing. The staff speaks limited English but worked hard to make everything perfect for our stay. I would recommend staying 2 nights to really experience Kinosake Onsen."

"夜の懐石料理の充実を希望します。夢乃井のイメージは 料理旅館（ホテル）で私たちは仲間内で呼び合ってました。今回宿泊して、価格は違いますが、2週間前に有馬温泉　兵衛向陽閣に宿泊して、今回夢乃井に宿泊して、以前は設備及び大浴場等は違うけれど、懐石料理はそんなに 価格差は感じませでしたが、今回は肉料理で大差が付きました。 残念ですね。見た感じは肉差しが有って食べれば不味過ぎます。一度検討の議題にあげてください。 "

"Best service I've ever had at a hotel. The staff are super kind, we felt as if we were in someone's home with them taking care of us. Rooms were kept clean and the place had lots of included amenities to partake in. If you're looking for a modern ryokan experience, I highly recommend! "
