Casa Clelia C is a welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Casa Clelia C you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Clelia C is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, two private patios, a shared garden and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Marina di Ascea, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Marina di Ascea beach) at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Casa Clelia C from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Clelia C you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.50 meters (8.2 feet) deep. In order to use the swimming pool a bathing cap is required. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the valley. You will share the pool with guests staying at 4 other apartments and 7 other bedrooms. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery and of the other buildings. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel.
 Patio 1
The first patio is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an imposing awning. From the patio you will have a nice view of the valley.
Patio 2
The second patio is 9 square meters (97 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a nice view of the valley.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first patio through a entrance door. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). The kitchen has a double-glazed window with a view of the greenery and of the hills, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second patio through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway in front of the house through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
