「What a gem of a place! It's run by two folks who clearly put a lot of care, attention, and hospitality knowledge into the experience. I loved the location which was across from a bus stop that runs right into town, next to a grocery store, and within short walking distance of the lovely Ascona waterfront. It was also a good location for morning runs. The breakfast was good and while I didn't try the restaurant, it had lively crowds and the food looked delicious. Highly recommend!」

「Everything was wonderful...except for the lack of an ironing board and iron in room. As well, it's very strange to not have any blackout curtains...and be awakened by the sun it daylight each morning. Otherwise, fantastic room and stay!」

「This was a bucket list experience. The location could not be beat, right in the heart of the old town. Sitting on our balcony watching the day unfold over Lake Maggiore and the Ascona promenade was incredibly beautiful. The staff were excellent and accommodated all of our needs and requests. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. We only stayed 2 nights but we could have spent a much longer time if our schedule allowed. Thank you Hotel Elevezia Ascona for a perfect stay!!」
