“Nice location but quite a bit of traffic noise. Notified on arrival that dryer wasn’t working - found out that washer wasn’t working correctly either, so wasted an afternoon at the laundromat. Washer/dryer was one of our main criteria for renting. Unit needs to be refreshed - lots of chipped paint, screen door won’t stay in position, etc. Maintenance was quick to come to fix broken toilet seat. Losing says sleeps 7 but there were only 5 glasses and 2 of those were jars. Plenty of……

Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new.
