Great Property in Asheville

Such a well maintained, clean and convenient place to stay. So close to so many things and from kitchen, to bed rooms to the baths the hosts are just so thoughtful with all the little touches that make this place so wam and welcoming.

Quick weekend trip to AVL

We went to Asheville for a baseball tournament. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very helpful and accommodating. The house was very clean with several amenities. We would stay here again!

River District stay

The property was very nice. We enjoyed how convenient it was to everything we wanted to do the River district and West Asheville! Had some great food at Riverside Rhapsody! It was great to be walking distance, just wish there were sidewalks.

Had a very pleasant stay. Home was very clean, had all kitchen essentials and working appliances. TVs and WiFi connections were excellent. Home is as good as advertised. Convenient to downtown Asheville was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Gem

The place was perfect for my family. The space was decorated very nicely and it was spotless. The living room with the kitchen layout was perfect allowing a relaxing visit. The beds were very comfortable and the multiple bathrooms were set up with everything you needed. The place had thoughtful touches. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This was the perfect house for our stay. The location could not have been any better. It was very clean and well-maintained. Everything we needed was already thought of and there. I would definitely recommend!!!!

Initiating Christmas

The house was very nice. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Location to parks and river were undersold. Neighborhood was inconsistent. We came to go to Biltmore on initial week of Christmas decorations.

Nice place

Very easy check in, reasonable check out procedures, excellent communication with owners. The house is spacious and comfortable, particularly appreciated the kids dishes in the well stocked kitchen!

Great Location

My husband and our two adult children were visiting Asheville a few weeks ago along with our two small dogs. The house on Woodfin was absolutely perfect for our needs. Although we all spent more time away from the house, visiting breweries, hiking, taking e-bike tours and checking out the arts district, the house was a great place to gather and chill. The house is very new, so everything was in tip top shape. the beds were comfortable and house was sufficiently equipped. We didn’t have any meals at the house, so I cannot speak to the kitchen being well equipped. Our dogs enjoyed the yard and the park down the street and the area was very quiet. I would highly recommend Woodfin to anyone looking for an Asheville getaway!
