Milltown Suite Apartment is in a 1920’s farmhouse with its own private entrance and an interior that has been remodeled and furnished with cabin decor. It has an electric fireplace in the living room that can be used year round. It has a king size bed (with no foot board for the tall people). The Living area and bedroom area share a TV with ROKU built in. It has a bathroom with a big 5ft Shower. There is a granite countertop in the kitchenette(mini-refrigerator and microwave). Towels, washclothes, and bed linens are provided. There is fast cable WiFi and good cell phone service. It is located about 25 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway(at 4 access points) and downtown Waynesville. Downtown Asheville is about 20 minutes and Brevard is only 40 minutes away.

Amazing
When we stayed here, we did have a little mix up with which Vrbo was ours since they were duplex-like houses. Eric was very helpful, and answered whenever we needed some help. We had a late notice thst our friends dogs were staying with us, but Eric was helpful in getting the payment through, and making sure we were taken care of. The pictures and the layout of the Vrbo was exactly how it was listed. There are some good amenity stores around, so there was a moment where we felt that we were stuck. Thank you Eric for the help and thank you for letting us stay there!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts were extremely nice when I contacted them having trouble locating the exact entry door. He answered my call immediately and was super accommodating and patient!

Vibey Silent Hill Town Abandoned Perfect for Photography!
Just kidding, but fr there’s something about the tub, the way the sun hits the rooms is beautiful, and overlooking the town surrounded by mountains walls and machinery for contrast. I wish I could move here when my lease is up. Host is awesome. Walking distance and not much goes on late at night but that was perfect for me to take pics and video. Close to all kinds of other attractions and there’s one big brewery in the middle where most people seem to socialize (: surprised no one else has been buying up and converting these buildings into some kind of shop!

Upon arrival the place was freezing cold inside. The space heater either did not work when needed or worked too much. Too much heat or not enough heat. No soap for the bathroom. Not the best but certainly not the worst

This is a quaint little studio with everything we needed for the two of us. The owners were super and very helpful. Price was a plus too. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

Charming place to stay
This was a quaint and comfy spot for our long weekend. We were in town for a wedding at Chestnut Ridge and this was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and there were 4 very nice bath towels but only 2 washcloths and 1 hand towel. 4 stars rather than 5 for communications as I had to email them to get directions and access info for the property. The response was prompt, though it said there would be some tips left on the refrigerator but there weren’t. There was information in a cupboard about the Wi-Fi and instructions for checking out, maybe those were the tips? There was a little notebook that had dining suggestions from previous guests that was helpful. It would have been nice if there had been some coffee provided, and more than 1 washcloth per person. But overall, we were very comfortable and had a very pleasant stay!

Nice place in a quaint little town
It was a nice quiet place to stay. Close enough to Asheville to be convenient but far enough to avoid the traffic! Lots of neat little shops in Canton.
