    This modern, light-filled home features large windows, stylish furnishings, and eco-friendly amenities, including 28 solar panels and an EV charger in the private garage. You’ll be just a short drive from downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Biltmore Estate.

    The well-appointed kitchen, designed by Barbara, a former international chef, is perfect for cooking and gathering. Guests can also enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and fresh fruit.

    Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a cozy reading nook and two additional bedrooms with beautiful mountain views. The loft includes a sofa bed and desk area, offering extra space to relax or work.

    We created this home as a private, comfortable retreat in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We live just across the street and are available if needed, while fully respecting your privacy. For added security, the home has a Ring doorbell/camera at the entrance.

From start to finish, Jim and Barb and their property were fantastic! The pictures of the property are very accurate, there are notes on everything inside the home with directions on how to use, a user-friendly iPad kiosk in the kitchen to help with the home as well as local excursions. I 100% recommend this property if you are considering coming to Asheville, you won't be disappointed.

This is house perfect, everything you could want and then some. Immaculate, stunning views and close to downtown. Best hosts too!!! I'm so glad I choose this house to celebrate my 60th with some of the best people .

They thought of everything! I really appreciated all the little things that were done to make the stay more convenient, e.g. fully stocked kitchen, clear instructions for literally everything, nalgene water bottles to pack for hiking, half and half for coffee in the fridge, a bidet on every toilet and yoga mats in the closet. We had rainy weather all weekend so didn't get to hike as much as I wanted, but we had a great time just hanging out enjoying this home.

Our stay was excellent. Jim and Barbra were the most kind amazing host. They went above and beyond to help us out of a situation we encountered. The house was spotless. Beautiful property!

We stopped in Asheville for 2 nights on our way to South Carolina and this house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, very clean and lots of amenities. The kids loved the hot tub! Highly recommend staying here!

I don’t know how to fully explain how wonderful this place is. Suffice it to say I have zero complaints or concerns, and that’s never been completely the case with anywhere I’ve ever stayed! I can’t even choose my favorite thing— perhaps it’s the sense of being up in the trees from every vantage point in the house. Perhaps it’s the ease with which you can get almost anywhere, including the Blue Ridge Parkway with its breathtaking views and variety of hikes, downtown Asheville, Weaverville, the Folk Art Center, etc. Perhaps it’s the responsiveness of the hosts, or the pristine condition of the house. Or maybe all of the above. I would choose this place anytime I return to Asheville!

The host had though about everything a visitor could possibly need. The kitchen was eell-equioped with utensils, spices, and condiments. Even food storage sheds. Kids loved the hot tub and the bathrooms with Biden. Everything was exceptionally clean and well organized. We will certainly stay here again when we visit Asheville

The house was absolutely stunning and perfect for our bachelorette party! The hosts went above and beyond to create the perfect mountain get away and provide everything you could possibly need! Great home, well equipped with everything you need, beautiful peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature. Super clean and super organized. Very responsive hosts. My only critique would be the main level furniture (couch, kitchen table & chairs…) is not very comfortable at all (IKEA) so after a while your back will start to ache. I couldn’t even fit my legs under the kitchen table comfortably. (I’m 5’10”) We ended up piling in the master bedroom king sized bed to watch a movie in the evening because the seating downstairs was not conducive to lounging.

They’ve thought of everything!

We enjoyed our stay very much and loved the house. The house was spotless and all the little extras and added touches made it perfect! We were so comfortable and enjoyed everything from the bird feeders to the hot tub.

I have been using vacation rentals for at least 23 yrs. This house has set the bar very high for any future rentals. The communication was superb from instruction on check in, answering any questions and inside the house there was instruction for every detail. The beds were comfortable along with every feature of the house. We enjoyed the visit of a black bear outside on our 1st morning. Excellent!

Fabulous Family Reunion

We had a wonderful long weekend in Asheville. The hosts had outstanding communication, with a guide book that explained everything we could possibly need to know. The house is beautiful, as were the views, the leaves, and all the little touches that were so thoughtful. Can't wait to come again!
