We book this apartment for our trip on 26 - 30 Jan. I already message the apartment host on 24 Jan about the check in procedure and where to park. But nothing were answered and heard, then I called the host with the phone listed on Expedia booking confirmation upon arrival at London. But everytime it just went to voice mail. After 3 times long distance phone call with Expedia CS, I finally get in touch with the hosts and he promise to message me the check in details. But on the 26 night when we arrived the apartment building still no message was received from him. We managed to check in the apartment thru the securities and the guy show us to room 22 on level 1.
After check in at approx 10:25pm on 26 Jan, we immediately found out the apartment is not clean overall. The floor and the bedding is both room are dusty. The wardrobe is master bed room is filled with used? blanket or bed sheet. The kitchen is so dirty you definitely not feel like go cook here. There lighting mailfunction in the bathroom and the single bed room. We will be here for 4 nights but there is only one roll of toliet paper was found in the bathroom, unless there is daily house cleaning otherwise I don‘t how a single roll of toliet paper for 3 person can last for 4 nights. What worse is the heating system are totally not working which outside temperature is 5degrees at night, and hot water only last for one person shower period, after that only cold water which my wife and I suffer thru night.
