“Our third visit to Heliotopos since 2022. We love room 33, which we always seem to get. It's comfortable, unpretentious and meets all our needs. Really comfy bed, excellent air con, good bathroom and living space. Excellent balcony area if the weather's good. You're really close to Tolo for eating, shopping and an amazing beach for swimming. “We absolutely love this property. It is beautiful and built completely from Stone with beautiful gardens and fruit trees that surrounded our property and the most stunning Stone terrace that overlooks the entire town and the port. The staff is accommodating and friendly and I couldn't say enough about this stay. There were a lot of mosquitoes and my kids got a bunch of bites, but that really isn't the fault of staff, just a heads up to bring some bug spray.”

“This review relates specifically to a situation that we had. We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and during one of those nights the hotel had a number of school aged children that were running unsupervised up and down the halls and banging on doors, yelling, etc. We called down to complain twice and the second time the person at reception was quite rude and hung up on us- he was clearly frustrated as well. Quite a surprise to experience this in a 4 star hotel. While they apologized, they could have……
