「Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. The island itself was so peaceful and beautiful to set the hotel in it...

「Fina rum, tyst och lugnt. Smidigt med självinsheckning utan att behöva passa en tid. Trevligt med den lilla uteplatsen på loftgången. Frukostkorgen var fullt tillräcklig och skulle man önska mer finns mataffär på andra sidan gatan. 」

「The room was clean, but had a very bad odor in it. The bed though, was extremely comfortable and that definitely was a plus for us. The breakfast was fine, with enough things to choose from. The light in the bathroom was flickering the whole time, so that was also somehow annoying. All in all, I think we would only stay here again if the prices were more appropriate to what you get and if we were offered another room (that hopefully didn't smell bad).」

「We had a fabulous stay at your hotel. From the moment of arrival to the end. Customer service were available 24/7. They were warm and friendly even at busy times. They offered us comfort. We had no access to the World Cup football in our room and were kindly offered another room which offered much more room and comfort for me and my two teenage girls. I have OCD with cleanliness and I can testify to the cleanliness of the facilities. Dining is great. The food was wonderful- breakfast, fika and...

「This is a brand new hotel opened in June 2026, 2 weeks before my visit. Staff are amazing, very helpful. Food is excellent. Location is excellent accross from the Lisberg amusment park. The convention center is 10-15 min walking. You can also take the tram but it is just 1 stop away. There was an issue with leak but they moved me quickly to a new room. Room size is OK, little bit on smaller size especially with large king and a small bunk bed. This is amazing set up for those with small kids....

「Majoitus loget olivat varmaankin jostain 1960 luvulta, siis minimalistiset ja jo vähän ikääntyneet, ei tosin mikään ollut rikki tms. Huonoa oli ettei WiFi toiminut logeissa, eikä henkilökunta osannut asiassa auttaa. Kyllä WiFi pitää nykyään toimia myös huoneissa / huoneistoissa. Itse päärakennus oli ihan ok samoin aamiainen oli riittävän runsas. Paikallista lehteä ei löytynyt kuin parin kuukauden vanha.」
