「No lunch or dinner onsite only found out when I checked in so did not eat anything for a whole 24 hours. The rooms had nothing in the fridge. No tea or milk so was disappointed」

「This is a big resort so there is little to no personalization. For instance, ALL the rooms are ready at the same time (no allowance for early check in). They have all the luggage in a room that is not secured but you do have access to your things easily. There are many steps everywhere to go anywhere. The pool is a nice temperature and the downstairs restaurant was very nice (atmosphere and taste) but the main restaurant was meh. I had heart issues one night and the staff at the hotel called...

Avevamo prenotato una camera tripla, ma alle 19:00 del giorno del check-in abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio in cui ci veniva comunicato che la struttura non era in grado di ospitarci e che saremmo state trasferite in un altro hotel per la notte. Dopo aver trascorso la notte altrove, la mattina successiva abbiamo dovuto rifare tutte le valigie e passare l’intera giornata fuori, aspettando le 15:00 per poter finalmente...

「A very warm welcome from Dana & Christos. The rooms were kept beautifully clean, with fresh towels daily & frequent linen change. Complimentary drinks in fridge plus tea, coffee etc. Breakfasts were first class with a huge variety of food available .We also enjoyed many lovely meals in the evening & bar meals were available throughout most of the day. 「Lovely Stay, had a sea view deluxe room and it was lovely, Staff very Frand helpful especially Yannis and Eva, granddaughter loved the big pool and small pool, pool towels provided which was a bonus, Breakfast was fine always something to eat and yes it can be the same every day but wasn't an issue for us, we will be back 😀」
