Trent River Waterfront -- An hour and 30minutes from Toronto, 5 minutes to the Town of Hastings which offers weekend farmers market, ice-cream shop and souvenir shops, family restaurants, Community centre and library, outdoor community skate rink, liquor and beer store, post office, and ValuMart for groceries.

Very spacious 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large living room and kitchen, spacious finished walkout basement, large deck overlooking the ward and waterway, 160 square feet of personal dock with attached table and chairs, great for fishing and swimming, small sandy beach for kids to play, 2 Kayaks, paddle boat.

Entertainment: Enjoy your meals right on the dock with 160 square feet of personal dock space--great for swimming and fishing, fire pit, wood stove, large flat yard for kids to run and play, or to tent, large deck with outdoor sectional and patio table, barbeque (propane), table tennis, selection of movies, board games and books, paddle boat, 2 kayaks, and kids swing set.
