「It was very nice & everything was clean, just a block away from the beach, within walking distance to food, shopping & activities. The breakfast was very good, plenty of options. It only had a small indoor pool, but we enjoyed our stay very much.」

「Pros: This is my go to place for my annual ocmd visits. Prime location for enjoying Delaware and Maryland. Walking distance to the beach. Love the free beach chair option and shuttle service. Cons: pool area was quite crowded all the time. Breakfast area is quite cramped. Possibly remove some of the seating options for more space. Was roomed at the back of the hotel next to the outdoor seating area was noisy at night when we were attempting to rest. But overall a great stay! Overall 」

「Nice room and in pretty good shape except for the balcony door (wasn't sealing properly until I adjusted) and the ripped screen to the balcony - left in a pesky fly. Comfortable bed & small but nice bathroom. All-in-all a good value for the location.」

「The hotel itself is a bit dated but it is clean and well maintained. We had an ocean front room on the 2nd floor and the location cannot be beat. I would stay here again. The room was nice and cool and the hotel was quiet. It is just a few steps to the boardwalk and beach. There were a few hairs in the shower/bath but other than that it appeared clean - the microwave, refrigerator and freezer were all clean and functional. The vinyl and carpeted surfaced were clean. The bathroom was small but...
