“Quaint and clean. Taylor at check in was very kind. The room was clean and quiet. The walk to the beach was a short zigzag away. The pool area was a nice place to relax although the water was still cold in early June. ”

“The hotel and it's grounds are very very well maintained. The staff is courteous and helpful. The View was very pretty from our Bayside room. The only suggestion I have is that the eating space is exceptionally small for such a large number of rooms. There are only two tables. We got there right when it opened so it was not an issue for us ,but I could see where it would force you to take the food back to your room or eat outside assuming the weather is good because two tables fill up fast. “Overall, it was a pretty decent hotel. It was clean and had everything we needed. However, the room we stayed in was right next to the entrance and the door slammed so loudly it kept us up at night.”

“This is our go-to spot for enjoying a beach getaway. It’s centrally located between Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. The pool is nice and everything is clean. We appreciate the quiet pace of the hotel.”

“The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.”

“I didn’t like this hotel the parking sucks everything was outdated and the pictures make it look way better than it truly does in person. The beds were so uncomfortable curtains didn’t open all the way I would never book again”

“Older hotel. Would be gorgeous w/ some remodeling. We paid more for a room with kitchen. However, no table to eat at. Room was big, tv was on the smaller side. Outdated bathroom. Toilet was perfect for children but way too small for adults. Bring your own coffee maker. They only have a single serve w/ pods. Coffee is available on the first floor. Not brewed, but pretty good. Gorgeous beach view from our room. Elevator available. Here’s where I have issues…Anyone could & do walk onto the grounds……

“We were there for OC Jeep Week. So we mostly were there to sleep and shower. Lol Very clean, very comfortable, everything was beautiful including the grounds. Kids loved the pool. We never got to have breakfast because we were out the door around 630 each morning and it wasnt ready yet but we've been to Mainstays before and loved the breakfasts. We would stay again without question.”

“The room still had mess from the previous person- food crumbs in the cabinets, trash on the floor in the kitchen, dirty dishes, and most damning a paw print on the side of the sheets of a bed. We stayed in the Cabana building and it was a nice and spacious room, but the internet never worked even when we asked for help. It's on the boardwalk so getting to the beach and fun stuff is very easy. It was overall fine, but once I saw the state of the kitchenette I became disinterested in using it.”

“My young family’s stay was a nightmare, culminating in a violent crime and police intervention. My wife and I contacted the front desk five times to report a loud violent disturbance in the room directly above us while my wife and toddlers were trying to sleep. The staff failed to remedy the situation and things escalated. I called 911 twice. Police arrived and arrested someone for assault, EMS tended to someone also. Without my intervention, no help would have arrived. Additionally, the room……
