We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns.」

Resort restaurants were very good but staff was very slow and never checked on us after food and drinks were served. Both restaurants. I would recommend staying here just needs some improvement.」
