We took their free shuttle service upon arriving Atami station. Their shuttle bus waited in front of the station so it was very easy to find it. When we arrived at the inn, we were greeted by about 8 staffs. Such a warm welcome that we received! The inn is authentic Japanese style and very beautiful. Our room is a huge Japanese tatami room surrounded by their garden. Gorgeous view of the garden from our room. They have 3 hot springs on site and all of them are very nice. They also have a very nice foot bath area with great view of the ocean. Dinner and breakfast were served in private dining room at the main dining area. Traditional Japanese kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast were served. This is one of the best & most beautiful Japanese inn that we had stayed in and will definitely stay there if we visit Atami again.
The hotel is beautiful and serene. The staff is attentive and personable. The food was great and plentiful. Second time we have stayed here and was a wonderful experience.
