Our light outside the room didn't work, asked reception a couple of times and it was fixed. Room was fine, plenty of space but expected a bin in the room and not just in the toilets. 「We had a great time staying at this hotel. We were two families and asked for rooms next to each other’s which was provided. A nice travel cot was also added for our child. The variety of food and desserts were very generous. Having Fresh grilled fish, ice cream, cocktails were bonus. I do recommend this hotel for a family holiday. 」

「Pros: almost everything. Great food selection, beautiful beach (with awesome shuttle/boat services), plenty of kids facilities, awesome water park with many many slides, amazing scenery, beautiful rooms, great and nice staff, the steam and ice rooms were just amazing, etc. Cons: the game room (whatever they called it) had a decent selection of games especially for kids but when the demand was low (I.e. Morning, they'd randomly shut off games and would say they're broken only to be turned back...
