Great hotel!

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Immaculate hotel and the breakfast spread was good. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is within walking distance of the major tourist attractions. Great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly. Savvas in particular provided exceptional service. The morning meal had a good selection for a continental breakfast. It was only a few minutes walk from the main metro station and lots of shopping and dining available in a small walking radius.

I like that it was close to all the areas one had to go to, without necessarily being a loud and busy area. It's very conveniently located from the metro. The rooms were very clean and modern, including the bathroom. The room even had a small balcony to enjoy.

The communication with the hotel was great from the start. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much hussle for them. The room was very clean, beds very comfortable, breakfast very fresh. Location is perfect. Next time we are in Athens, I will book again.

The Achilleas Hotel was easily accessible and welcoming (both from the staff and the simple decor of the lobby). I arrived before check-in and was able to store my luggage while exploring Athens and evenutally access my room before the proper check-in time. They worked hard to make that happen and I was grateful. The breakfast was nice and included a great variety. I would gladly stay here again.

Our room was on the first floor and there is a nightclub just below on the street. You feel like you are in the nightclub, in fact my husband asked if the windows were open. Other than that all was ok and hotel was clean.

Also Thanks for letting me checkout early and leave my bags there until it was time for airport…. And special thanks for getting me a wagon taxi so it didn’t take 2 taxis to get to airport. This was a good place to stay. Based off the reviews I thought it would be closer to the city center but it was a bit of a walk and not very close to the metro. The breakfast wasn’t worth waking up for. That sounds like a bad review but really the hotel was nice and a 4 star hotel. We had a short stay and wished we stayed closer to Monastiraki.

The location is great. The property is nicely renovated. However, we had very noticeable bed bugs in both rooms. We did not have to search for them. Easily taking pictures and videos of them. My daughter and I were bitten all over our body by these bugs. Property manager took note of this issue and hope will be solved.

Great friendly hotel

Good location and very friendly staff. Adequate breakfast menu. hot and cold options. Stayed in Junior suite with a large balcony. Very large king size bed and clean bedding. Big shower, seperate toilet and hand basin, seperate 2nd hand basin. Mirrors in bathroom and bedroom areas. Lovely fluffy towels changed daily and daliy cleaning if required. Fridge was a nice touch in room , as extremely hot,and allowed uo to buy and store items in fridge. Unfortunately no bar in hotel but plenty nearby.
