This hotel is nice but does need a little bit of attention to certain areas, our shower worked with the hand held part but the rose part was missing, my sister's shower didn't work tho she did get another room when she complained. The staff were lovely and the cleaner works hard.

Our airport shuttle was giving us suggestions while driving us out to the hotel. He warned us about being at the Omonia area as it had a bad reputation. I then looked on the map showing this property in the Omonia area. We had some concerns initially. 7 days later, we never felt unsafe. The place was great. The staff was amazing. The shops nearby were great to visit. Bakery & Coffee (shop up the road) is a must for anybody who likes baked sweets and coffee. Super close to the metro. Super close to bus stops. Clean location. Good breakfast buffet. Can’t say enough.

We stayed here overnight after our flight was cancelled. As many have said the area is sketchy, but no different than any other city area. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were super friendly and the attached restaurant was very convenient.

Perfect location, clean, good customer service, modern style and budget friendly. If you are traveling solo or with friends is a perfect place to stay. Very close to Omonoia square where you can do but also get Hop on Hop off bus to travel Athens best places for low price.

Great city.

We enjoyed our stay, the beds were very comfortable and the room was very spacious enough for 4 people. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The staff were very helful and accommodating. 15 minute walk to Monastariki square.

The hotel staff were friendly, and welcoming. The room was reasonably clean,I would rate the cleanliness 4 out of 5. However, the hotel’s location was a major downside. The neighborhoods around Omonoia are not the best or safest areas to stay, especially for first time visitors to Athens. I would recommend choosing accommodation in a different neighborhood if you are visiting the city for the first time. Another disappointment was that no drinks were served in the hotel lobby. If you need something as simple as hot water in the evening, you won’t be able to get it because the hotel café closes, and there is no kettle in the rooms. Unfortunately, the staff were not able to help me with this. The breakfast was also very limited and disappointing. It was definitely not what I would expect from a high ranked hotel.

This is a great place to stay, very clean, modern, staff are super awesome and friendly. Breakfast could be a bit better, but it's ok. The area is not super posh, kinda not clean, and homeless people at night BUT very safe to walk around, and easy access to the main touristic areas. There's a police station very close as well, and a bunch of hotels around as well, so no biggie If you are not that picky with that.
