While the hotel’s location near the port is convenient, our experience was mixed. The front desk woman staff often came across as dismissive and didn’t seem to fully listen to guests during conversations. We observed this not only during our own interactions but also while sitting in the lobby and watching them engage with other customers. The rooms also had some issues. The bathrooms showed signs of mold and could benefit from a thorough cleaning or mildew treatment. The air conditioning was not functional during our stay in April, as the hotel had the system set to heat only, and the thermostat was not adjustable—even the fan couldn’t be turned on. Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof, and noise from neighboring rooms, even something as minor as coughing, was clearly audible. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet offers good value for the price. Overall, the hotel isn’t the worst option, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Wirklich gutes Hotel mit gutem und reichhaltigem Frühstück. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Flughafentransfer. Es liegt direkt am Meer und man hat einen guten Ausblick. Restaurants und Fußgängerzone sind keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Entfernung zum Flughafen noch in Ordnung - Flugzeuge beim Landeanflug können direkt beobachtet werden (das kann man gut oder schlecht finden) - Übernachrung war dennoch ruhig und sehr erholsam. Wir waren wirklich zufrieden.

The hotel would have been good in a good weather. The location was ok it’s still 30 minutes from airport , we thought it would be closer nd traffic in rain probably made it slower so that did not help us . The shuttle to the airport is convenient and good and on time . The hotel needs maintenance, our AC in the room did not work , the Wi-Fi in the room did not work . When it rained it brought the water inside the room , the wind gust outside was clearly heard so when you are sleeping you are continuously hearing the wind gusts . Overall OK

Room was small, check-in receptionist did not act like she enjoyed her job, asking for extra coffee pods, 2 in room, was like an inconvenience. Breakfast bar should open at 5:00 am to allow those with early flights to have food. The elevator is so small that a Great Dane dog would not fit. The room was clean and enjoyed having a balcony.

This is a beautiful hotel to visit in between the ferries and the airport and is so convenient with free breakfast and airport shuttle. But the air conditioners in our room didn’t work and the light over the doors was quite bright at night so we didn’t end up sleeping very well at all. With a good night sleep it would have been perfect. We did engage staff to help us but both rooms we had had non-functioning air conditioners.

First off the employees at the hotel are friendly and willing to answer all questions and eagerly help with anything they can. This includes the shuttlebus driver, receptionist and the hotels restaurant wait staff. The price for the room was great, I would have expected to pay more upon arriving. However, it is 25 minutes from the airport and I have to say if you are flying out of Athens be there 3 hours in advance, it is a zoo. The room was clean and fresh. Only problem noted was trying to get the AC on the right temperature setting which I was eventually able to do. The location is right across the street from the Aegean Sea with a great beach one block away. The area consists of numerous fresh fish markets and a great variety of Restaurants within 3 blocks from hotel. If and when we return to Athens I will not hesitate to book this hotel.
