Prior to arrival I received message from property owner with the combo to the key I thought great, until we got there and the key box numbers do not move whatsoever. They are completely binded. I called the owner who said the cleaners were still there, he called me back a few hours later and let me know that they left the key wrapped in a bag in the door. We rented a car as the listing said there was on site parking and it does not. It’s hope you find a spot on the double parked narrow streets and hope for the best. We ended up using the parking garage down the road. Once we were able to get in and upon walking into the apartment it looked decent. Two bed rooms, bathroom kitchen and living room area. We quickly discovered that all the white blankets were yellow stained and dirty. Blood stains on the pillow. And later that night discovered the BED BUGS that also reside in the apartment.

Exarchia is quite a particular neighborhood, comparable to hardcore parts of Kreuzberg, but if you are ok with it (in any case it's not unsafe) there are many nice places, Greek and world cuisine restaurants, bakeries, ice cream places, bars. The apartment is marvelous, probably never seen so greatly renovated old apartment. Easy access with a code, without time limitations Count on taxis if you have heavy luggage: even bus stops are far away. Without luggage a walk to Omonia or even Syntagma is easy.

Grand appartement

Grand appartement, idéal pour une famille. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire. Nous avons reçu les consignes et le code pour entrer en avance. Très propre.

L'appartement est très agréable et spacieux pour une famille. Le quartier est animé, très pratique que de trouver un petit supermarché et des restaurants juste à côté de l'immeuble. En revanche, la communication avec le propriétaire pour avoir les clés a été très compliqué, nous avons dû attendre devant la porte pour qu'il nous donne le code du boitier à clés, impossible de l'avoir avant notre arrivée.

First say that the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen and a big plus for us was washer and dryer included. The area looked not so safe but it turned out not to be unsafe. There is quite a bit of noise due to many bars in the area. If you have a car, forget about being able to park. Now, the really bad part is the communication to check in and the instructions, I had to write to three different people to get the information. They sent me a series of instructions and photos, one of the photos shows the door of the building with a lockbox, obviously that lockbox is the one I tried to open with the key they gave me, it wouldn't open. I had to call by phone and they gave me other keys and the lockbox did not open too. Several minutes later a person arrived with a very bad attitude and there I found out that this was not the lockbox but another one that was on the wall. This person made me understand that it was my fault. I wrote to two of the contacts to let them know the situation and they did not have the delicacy to answer. Honestly, the department is very comfortable, but it would be worth dealing with these people.

We stayed with two children and enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, the bathroom was amazing in a building that did not lack character. The kids enjoyed Netflix, and the choice of local food and modern cuisine was endless. The area is misunderstood, vibrant, progressive - with an edge.

Apartment: clean and spacious. Beds were confortable, but the furniture of the living room a bit less so. Address: instructions were clear, but the door number should be put in place. Surroundings: Noisy, but many restaurants, a grocery store, and the archeological museum nearby. Easy access to metro station with a short walk

Lovely apartment in a lively area of Athens. Owners sorted out taxi for us and were really helpful. We stayed over the weekend, it was very noisy at night, which we had underestimated a bit. However, lots of pkaces to wat and drink and witin walking distance of major sites, no transport needed within the city. Breakfast cafe on the corner, profiteroles/icecream shop onbthe other corner excellent!!

Beautiful flat with all the modern facilities including a microwave and huge fridge. The location was ok, probably about 25 minutes walk to Sytagma Square which is the center. Communication with the owner was superb, they responded immediately and were very helpful. We needed a taxi at 3.45am to go to the airport and the owner arranged it for us which took away the stress of doing this ourselves.

Very helpful couple; the appartement is beautiful and spotless. Only the local area can be a bit intimidating at night, so I rate the stay a 9/10. Highly recommend!

Das Wohnviertel ist sehr vernachlässigt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren noch nass in der Waschmaschine. Der Mop stand noch mit Dreckwasser auf Balkon. Das Flat ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. Very clean and located very central in Athens. Easy walk to bus and transport links. Nassus and Peggy were very helpful in organising taxi's for us and answered all the many questions we had, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!
