Well located hotel with comfy beds and pillows. Very close to Plaka and the Acropolis. Be aware there is no 24-hour front desk and access to the hotel is through a coded lock. While everything else was great, the fact that the property could be accessed by a code that someone could easily steal by watching a guest punch it in left us uncomfortable.

The room was very clean but was very small, had no closet or chair and the coffee was terrible in the room. No cream to go with it. Thebed was rock hard as we're the pillows. The worst was the noise till around 2a.m. I would not recommend this place. The staff were helpful. The elevator very small.

I had a small hiccup on arrival when my key card wouldn't work, but the staff handled it kindly and promptly. The room was spotless and well-stocked with amenities. I'd happily stay again.

I have mix feelings with this hotel. Pros: very good location it’s steps away from restaurants and coffee shops. And even sight seeing They have mini fridge and coffee maker in the rooms They provide toothbrushes , shampoo, lotion , and soap in the bathrooms. Cons: we were in room 101 and we were by the stairs and near the front door to enter the hotel. So we can hear every single person coming in and out all the time. I thought the outside noise would bother me but the windows were really good. The constant traffic inside the hotel coming and going was really annoying. There’s no sound proofing for the inside of the hotel. So I saw stay here for 1 night or 2. And be prepared for constant noise. Also, if you do stay here remember that everyone can hear you in the rooms. So be considerate of that. But , this place was great if you only have 1 night in Athens It’s very convenient. 14 minute walk to Acropolis and Plaka.

Staff isn’t present 24 hours so if you have to check out early be sure to get instructions from the staff as there are two different buildings for these suites which are within walking distance to each other.

I stayed at the Ernest Suites Psiri for 3 nights in August by myself. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Athens. The city is very walkable, but you can also walk 3-4 minutes from the hotel to Monastiraki station and connect to the rest of the city via public transport. Customer service was very good, they communicated well (spoke good English too) and even let me check in early which was especially helpful considering my flight landed in the morning. They were able to answer any questions I had, and did not cause any disruptions. The room itself was a good size and the amenities were fully functional. The bed was average, neither good nor bad. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers who do not intend to spend that much time in their hotel. The price was good value, the location was perfect, and it was just about all I could ask for out of a boutique hotel.
