「Building & room was clean. Keys to room did not fully work the correct way the entire time we was there. I called a couple of days of ahead of time tonsee if pool would be open and staff said it would be. After getting a family of 5 ready to go to the pool we saw that it was very dirty and had not been clean in months. My kids(8,6,3) were very disappointed as they were looking forward to swimming in the pool. Feel like they need to do updates to thickness of the floors. We got a noise...

「Called front desk many times, no answer. Only 2 cars parked in the entire parking lot and when I went to the front desk, she said she was busy for the last hour. TV wasn’t working and the instructions for wi Fi are horrible. The next door days inn has better customer service. Do yourself a favor and save your money and do not stay here 」

「We had to call the front desk several times to report a neighbor's barking dogs that were left unattended. They barked all night and it was very disturbing. I understand that Laquinta is a pet friendly hotel but it is not fair that guests without pets are disturbed by multiple barking dogs」

「Facilities are well lite. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Sofia always makes guest feel welcomed. Rooms are clean and stocked with refrigerator/freezer, small coffee maker, TV, ironing board, hangers, toiletries. Laundromat on premise and workout room. Breakfast is a good value!」
