Comfortable, extremely well located ground floor / semi basement 50m2 studio nicely furnished by its English/French/Spanish speaking owners living in the same building who are discretely available to help you enjoy and appreciate your stay in Glyfada.
A bright air-conditioned main room with a double bed and 2 single sofa beds (width 80cm x 200 cm length), lounge area and a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge-sink-oven-stove-microwave-coffee machine-kettle-toaster).
Additional small room has a single bed and large closets.
Bathroom with shower cabinet. And washing machine available in the common area.
As a summary the studio comfortably sleeps 3 guests and has possibility for 1 or even 2 additional guests/kids so in total the studio can accommodate 5 guests. Baby cot available on request.
Located on the ground floor covered garage/ semi basement level of a main building with its own separate entrance via the garageway.
Please note there is no balcony or open air area, but you are welcome to use anytime the building common garden where there is a table and chairs.
Very conveniently located 15 minute walk to the paid or free beaches of the south coast of Athens and the heart of the city of Glyfada which is a popular summer resort lined with small restaurants, souvlaki corners, a multitude of cafes, bars and commercial shops and boutiques.
The studio is located on foot from a super market, from many local grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bakery, from a new children's playground, from the tram service, the bus to/from airport and to/from downtown Athens, and a few bus stops away from joining the line of the Athenian metro.
Your dog is more than welcome, in fact we are just as happy to host your loved pet, you are responsible for its wellbeing and respect of the property and building, Please inform ahead.

The code for the lock box will be sent to you to retrieve the studio keys, few days before arrival. Alternatively, you can be met at your arrival time at the building entrance and I can hand them over to you and help you with any questions needing answers.
