Good hotel next to a very busy road, however the double windows helped shut out the noise. Found a good Irish bar O’Cantos within a 15 minute walk which played some great music. Beach bars across the road were great and relaxing as their music drowned the traffic noise. Airport bus X96 just across the road runs every 20 mins 24 hours so really handy. Also bus picked us up from just outside the ferry port, although the driver was reluctant to let us off as it was the airport bus!

Leuk hotel aan het strand & zee. Makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Heel aardig personeel. Ruime kamer. Heerlijk & uitgebreid ontbijt. Je kunt er lekker buiten op het terras ontbijten. In de omgeving verschillende leuke eettentjes en restaurants.

One night before getting our rental boat for a week in the Greek archipelago, we stayed at hotel tropical. Clean and well organised hotel. We’re happy to stay there close to the beach and to restaurants with nice menues.

Excellent stay at Tropical Hotel. Place is adorable, clean and excellent location to beautiful beach. The had the cutest little bar and a quaint restaurant. Food was amazing and homemade by the lovely lady who runs or owns the hotel.

Die Fotos weichen von der Realität ab. Das Wasser im Pool ist sehr kalt, in der Ecke ist es extrem windig. Wir haben den Pool kein einziges Mal benutzt, obwohl das ein Grund war, wieso ich mich für dieses Hotel entschieden habe. Das Frühstück ist extrem schlecht, es gibt wenig Auswahl, Obst, Gemüse und Brot sind nicht frisch, der Kaffee ist schlechter als Filterkaffee, keine Butter, nur Margarine, kein Müsli oder Haferflocken, nur Cornflakes, also abzuraten. Ich habe mir selbst Haferflocken gekauft, um sie mit Joghurt zu essen, die dann aus dem Zimmer geklaut wurden. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist einfach toll, hilfsbereit und die Informationen, die sie gegeben haben, waren sehr hilfreich. Top! Die Armaturen im Badezimmer sind sehr verkalkt und dreckig.

the staff is super nice and professional the bus stop to and from the airport is less then two min. walk from the hotel the beach is across the street. room was big and comfortable breakfast ok can be more selection and tasty.

Le personnel de l'accueil était très aimable. Cependant la femme de ménage est rentrée à 9h dans notre chambre sans frapper. Puis à 10h40 (check out à 11h). Les murs sont très fins, on entends les voisins (couloir et chambres) comme s'il n'y en avait pas ... Pour finir, impossible de ne pas mettre de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain.

Our stay was lovely. The staff was kind and helpful, the food was wonderful and the location across from the beach was perfect. If you buy the city sightseeing 48 hour pass you can get in 4 blocks north of the hotel and take it all the way in to Athens. See the sights!

This place is old!! No convenience shops around but across the road from the beach & tram station which will take you into town central. Wish we’d found a nicer Place maybe a few tram stops closer to town as there was nothing around this hotel except 1 cafe & home decorating shops

Hade ett rum med en kingsize-säng ocj en enkel extrabädd. Rummet låg ut mot vägen. Vägen var, minst sagt, mycket trafikerad. Men hotellet hade vidtagit åtgärder mot trafikbullret - detta genom dubbla fönsterrutor och dörrar. Så det var relativt behaglig ljudvolym i rummet.
