Beautiful modern condo with great seaview!
Just 150 m. from the sea, in a quiet and friendly environment.
175 sq m., on 3 floors, fully equipped, part of a complex of 3 individual apartments, with large balconies, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Ventilators, washing machine, oven, microwave, cooking with gas, fireplace, individual heating, storage place, hd led tv, satellite channels, dvd player and 4g wifi.
Less than 5' walk from the rocky shore, very popular because of the beautiful water there, Max 5' drive from the organized sandy beach of Schinias (many klms long coastline with a variety of beach bars,restaurant by the sea, and also free parts for the amateurs of the nature (the free part of the beach with free access is part of the natural protected reserve of Schinias park).
Short 10-15' driving distance from the towns of Marathonas & Nea Makri (with many great options for restaurants,bars,shops,supermarkets,etc.)
The archaeological site of the Marathon battle is also nearby
The port of Agia Marina, ideal for excursions to the beautiful island of Evoia (it takes just 45' for the ferries to cross) is a 10' drive from the house.

Maison agréable, avec en particulier une terrasse vue mer vraiment au top. L'hôte nous a accueilli très tard nous le remercions vraiment. Seul vrai défaut de la maison est l absence de climatisation dans une chambre qii ne nous a oas permis dd dormir vles

Banger

First of all Petros (the host), super genuine and nice guy. Really helpful suggestions and if anything else is needed he is always available and willing to help. The pictures are don’t do the house justice at all. The house is amazing, it’s pretty, has an amazing view on the ocean and the A/C works perfectly fine so the rooms are always cool and you don’t have problems sleeping. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathrooms are all very clean. It’s perfect for 6 grownups. We really enjoyed the stay a lot. The region is perfect for a relaxed vacation. If you wanna to day trips you definitely need a car. But the beach is also available by foot. We can really recommend the house and the region for a nice summer vacation.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit genialer Aussicht

Geräumige Wohnung mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht von der großen Terrasse. Sauber und gut ausgestattet Küche. Genialer Felsstrand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kilometer Sandstrand einfach und schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Optimal für Ausflüge nach Athen, Kap Sounion und vieles mehr. Für Großeinkäufe fährt man auch nur 20 Minuten, hat aber auch einen Minimarkt im Ort. Sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gute und offene Beteeuung durch den Vermieter!

Appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Het appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht over een baai. In de baai kun je leuk snorkelen. En op 5min afstand met de auto is een mooi strand. Het huis is keurig ingericht, schoon en netjes. De woon en eet ruimte zijn heel ruim.

Il proprietario è gentilissimo, accogliente e la comunicazione ottima. Calorosa accoglienza. La casa è nel piccolo borgo di Dikastika immersa in un angolo verde con magnifica vista sul mare. Casa ben attrezzata e con spazi ampi. Splendida terrazza. Unico avviso per chi ha bambini: le camere con letti a castello e letto a una piazza e mezzo sono al primo piano, mentre la matrimoniale è al piano seminterrato. Raccomandato sotto tutti i punti di vista

Schöne Unterkunft etwas abseits der touristischen Pfade

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung. Petros war immer ansprechbar und hat uns jederzeit per Telefon geholfen. Die Strände in der Gegend sind sehr schön und man hat eine große Auswahl an bewirtschafteten und freien Stränden. Das einzige Manko war, dass man sich in der Wohnung nicht sehr gut selbst versorgen konnte. Es wäre gut, wenn mehr Gläser, Tassen, Besteck, Töpfe und sonstiges in einer Küche benötigtes Equipment angeschafft würde.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Sehr geräumige Wohnung auf drei Etagen mit drei schönen Badezimmern. Ideal für Familien mit größeren Kindern oder für zwei Paare. Wir waren dort 17 Tage mit drei älteren Kindern, da passte das perfekt. Die Wohnung ist technisch recht gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Waschmaschine war für uns wichtig. Kaffee-Kapsel-Maschine, Sandwich-Toaster, Mikrowelle etc. alles da. Wir vermissten lediglich kleinere Kochtöpfe. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß mit der Tischtennis-Platte. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, der Blick von der Terrasse einfach traumhaft. Leider gibt es dort keine Liegestühle. In der Nähe ist ein wunderschöner, flach abfallender Sandstrand, den man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann, schön ruhig und ohne Touristen-Rummel. Ein kleiner Mini-Markt ist auch in der Nähe. Für größere Einkäufe empfiehlt sich Nea Makri (20 min). Wir haben den Ort auch als guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Athen (1 Std.), Korinth (2 Std.), Epidauros und Mykene (2,5 bis 3 Std.) und nach Kap Sounion (1,5 Std.) genutzt. Mit dem netten Vermieter Petros gab es problemlose Kommunikation auf englisch. Unser Fazit: perfekt für einen ruhigen Erholungsurlaub, wenn man auf Touristen-Rummel gut verzichten kann. Ein Fahrzeug ist unbedingt erforderlich.

Ruhige Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht

Die Unterkunft hält, was sie verspricht. Sie ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Petros als Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Man braucht unbedingt einen Mietwagen. In der Nähe befindet sich eine schöne Strandbar (Sling Beach Bug), Schirme und Liegen darf man hier, außer am Wochenende, kostenlos nutzen. Einige einfache Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe, Es gibt natürlich auch genügend Ausflugsziele - Athen mit dem Auto z.B. ist echt ein Erlebnis! Fazit: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Une vue splendide

Nous avons passé 10 jours fort agréables à Dikastika. La maison est très confortable, la propreté irréprochable, l’endroit est calme et, surtout, la vue est absolument magnifique. Quel bonheur de prendre son petit-déjeuner sur la grande terrasse en admirant le panorama ! Par ailleurs, Petros nous a très bien accueilli et s’est toujours tenu à disposition en cas de question. En conclusion, c’est un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer en profitant du soleil et de la mer !
