Lovely staff and stay!

We had a nice stay at this condo! The property managers were super accommodating and brought us a brand-new coffee maker when ours was not working. Only downside was the condo had a bit of a cigarette smell that we couldn't get rid of, but otherwise a fantastic stay!

Rent if you like stress and don't need to sleep well

Positives: • Well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. • Convenient amenities including an ice maker. • On-site parking. • Quiet neighborhood. • Close to the beach (within 3 blocks). • Excellent shower pressure and temperature. • Great isolation from neighboring rentals. Negatives: • Property managers sent an agreement to sign that violates VRBO policies, requiring all agreements to be signed through VRBO. Signing it could override VRBO's ability to assist with issues. • Requirement to report any issues within 60 minutes of arrival was inconvenient. • Broken back door lock necessitated using a wooden plank. Upon notifying property management, the response was “it is the safest way”. • Ants in the kitchen upon arrival. Property management dropped off buy spray and expected me to exterminate ants myself as well as suggested not to have food in the kitchen. • Beds were uncomfortable with poor-quality mattresses, making sleep difficult for all family members. One of them couldn't even support the weight of a 100-pound teenager. Throughout our vacation, we had to rotate sleeping arrangements, which was challenging. In summary, while I would consider returning to the area, I would not stay at this vacation rental again due to stressful dealings with the property management and the critical issue of inadequate sleep for my family throughout our stay.
