Escape to coastal charm at this inviting two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom vacation townhome, perfectly situated just steps from The Circle in Atlantic Beach, NC. With accommodations for up to six guests, it’s the ideal retreat for families, couples, or friends seeking sun, sand, and relaxation.
The first floor welcomes you with a living area designed for comfort and convenience. Unwind in the living room and enjoy a movie night after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for preparing anything from quick snacks to family dinners. Just off the kitchen area is an outdoor patio that offers a perfect spot for morning coffee or reading a book, with a community charcoal grill nearby for casual cookouts.
Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms—one featuring two queen beds, perfect for families or friends sharing a space, and the other offering a single cozy queen bed for a more private retreat. A full bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms, while a half-bath downstairs adds extra convenience for everyone.
When you’re ready to explore, the best of Atlantic Beach is right at your doorstep. Head to The Circle for oceanfront dining, live music, and local shops, or to the beach to catch some rays, swimming, and shell collecting. BED CONFIGURATIONS:

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
If you fail to contact us to add your pet fee- you could be charged a non-refundable fee of $700.00 plus tax for failure to disclose your pet.
