Located in scenic Atlantic Beach, Pelican's Roost offers a laid-back coastal lifestyle at an affordable price! Guest will enjoy a whole host of amenities including, an outdoor swimming pool, volleyball court and picnic area. Two minute walk from your bed to the beach. Steps from the beach and the Triple S Marina. Marina has fully stocked convenience store. Boat launch, daily and weekly boat slip rental available just steps away. Call the marina today 252-247-4833 to reserve your boat slip. Walk to Ft. Macon State Park, Marina and Oceana Pier and more!

The Tom Doe Memorial Public Beach Access which includes parking, bath house facilities, picnic gazebo and playground is located just a short walk from the complex.

Amenities Include: Community Outdoor Swimming Pool, Picnic Tables & Park Style Grilling Area, Short walk to the beach with new beach access.

Pelican's Roost 11 is an Oceanside studio condo, located upstairs on the 2nd floor. This studio has a Queen bed. NEWLY ADDED wireless high speed internet! The open concept Living Area has cozy seating and is open to the Kitchen with a Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Stove. The Living Area has a basic cable TV. Need to do laundry during your stay? Coin operated laundry is located in the first building, off of the game room.

PLEASE NOTE:

--CHECK-IN LOCATION FOR THIS PROPERTY IS AT OUR ATLANTIC BEACH OFFICE ONLY. See Item #6 on your Rental Agreement for Directions.

--Parking is limited to (1) Car; only (1) Parking Pass will be given. Boat parking is prohibited.

--NO PERSONAL GRILLS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON PREMISES.

--Community Pool open May thru September 9am-10pm

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

NO SMOKING.


NO PETS PER HOA.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. Stays over 90 days are not permitted per the HOA.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Memorial Day

Check in and out super easy! Location perfect..walking distance to beach. Cute little condo..has everything you need. However, upon walking in there were roach traps in middle of room and under bed. Bed was very comfortable but we believe it had bedbugs..because we woke up with bite…blue water is contacting their customer satisfaction department.
