Discover your ideal beach escape steps away from the shoreline. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo combines comfort and convenience for the ultimate seaside retreat. A tastefully furnished living space welcomes you with modern amenities and coastal charm. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for culinary adventures, while a dedicated workout area features a Peloton bike and weights for staying active with ocean views. We've covered you with a stroller, pack-and-play, and baby gates. Just bring your food and clothes and enjoy the beach or getaway.

LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED UNLESS YOU STAY FOR A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY STAY OR LONGER.

We Love how close we are to the beach, Jersey Cow Ice Cream, Tiki Taco, Cove, and most restaurants and supermarkets. We are a short walk or drive to La Scalas and 10 minutes to the outlets, AC restaurants, and casinos.

It is a quiet beach town with no boardwalk, and many golf courses are nearby: Sea View, Brigantine, and AC.

Great Little Getaway!

The beach house was very nice in a great location. We enjoyed the front porch and the extra amenities like the poker table and games. Communication with Paul was fantastic. Thank you for a great place for a fun getaway with the family!

Cozy beach spot steps away from the water

This place was amazing. It was so relaxing and had all the perfect beach amenities. Plenty of chairs and water toys for everyone! Plus an outdoor shower! If there was one thing I could change it would be to have a hair dyer there for after the beach.

Lovely Townhouse!

We had a lovely stay at Paul’s place! The location cannot be beat. The listing does say there is a hot tub, but there is not. It also said that linens and towels were provided but the check-in instructions say those are not provided. Paul was good enough to call his linen lady to provide them for us at the last minute. The townhouse is wonderfully decorated, peaceful, and in a quiet neighborhood.
