• We have 4 security cameras on the exterior of the home
• Two are located in the back, overlooking the pool/hot tub and dining space
• One overlooks the front door and driveway
• One overlooks the covered patio space in the front of the home
• Cameras operate 24/7 for safety and property protection.
🕓 Check-in & check-out:
• Check-in: 5:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• A personalized smart-lock code will be provided before arrival for smooth, contactless entry.
⏰ Early check-ins are subject to availability and can only be confirmed the day before your arrival. If available, an automatic message will be sent to you with the option to confirm. A $100 early check-in fee will apply. We do not offer late check-out.

• No refunds for weather-related or personal matters. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to check-in.
• Pets: Up to 2 approved pets allowed with a $100 fee per pet.
• Pool & Hot Tub: Heated seasonally from mid April through October.
• Elevator: Handicap accessible and runs from garage through all floors.
• Guests must complete online check-in & rental agreement prior to arrival
📜 City Regulations:
• Guests must be 25 years or older to rent
• No parties, large gatherings, or events permitted
• Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM and strictly enforced
• Guests are responsible for any fines issued for noise or disturbance
• Maximum occupancy: 15 guests
• Guests may use all areas except locked owner closets
