Beautiful Brigantine Getaway

My family loved staying at this beautiful home. All of us, my husband our children and our infant grandson had an amazing week! The location was great with most everything you may need just a short walk away. We loved game nights at the huge dining room table. The sound system play the soundtrack of our vacation, including lullabies during naptime that put more than the baby to sleep. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night. And plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We would love to revisit in the future!!

Back for Round 2!

This was our 2nd time staying at this home. We love it! There’s enough room for us to hangout on the patio or around the large dining room table for dinner or games. The location is great! We love walking down the end of the street for sunset and being able to hop on our bikes to grab breakfast. The walk to the beach is easy and we love the long driveway and easy street parking. The owners are so nice and always get right back to you to answer any questions. Our family is ready to plan around 3!

3 Generations at the Beach

The house comfortably accommodated our 4 kids, 2 spouses, 2 grands and a close family friend. The music was great, the seating inside and outside was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed for our family chef.

Beginning of the season rental

The house and property were a pleasure to rent. Gordy was very responsive to any needs that we had. We especially liked the large kitchen and open floor plan on the first floor, it was perfect for our large group.

Home with Key Extras!

Online listing was accurate and my family found a number of unexpected pluses! > ice maker was clutch- saved us daily trips to wawa > huge back patio area became a fairy garden for our 3 littlest ones and a comfortable retreat for the adults when the young ones fell asleep > delightful sound system with speakers inside and outside turned cooking for 12 into spontaneous dance show and priceless videos > separate floor thermostats allowed all to be in their comfort zone > hot water lasted thru multiple outside showers after the beach as well as simultaneous ones inside > always available parking for 5 cars in driveway and front of house > After renting different seashore homes for @ 40 years, this one was the first that we will try to get again next year!

Awesome area and house!

This house was perfect for our 2 families and my mother. We loved the indoor space, especially the bar area and ice maker! The kids loved the upstairs hangout room and everyone enjoyed the back patio and fire pit! We brought our bikes, but the kids loved walking to Sea Star beach shop and SoulBerri smoothie shop. We will definitely look to rent this house again! Gordon was great to work with.

This beach House had everything!

My sister and our families enjoyed a wonderful week in Brigantine! Gordon’s house was everything we needed. The house had plenty of space, utensils, tastefully decorated. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Family Fun

This property suited our family to a tee. Plenty of space, everyone had their own bedroom and full bath. The house was as lovely as the pics on the website. Nicely decorated. I was concerned at first about the distance to the beach but it was fine and not too long. In fact we all liked being away from the busier streets near the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Plenty of parking was a plus. The patio was perfect for late afternoon cocktails and a little singing! Gordy was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. This made our first visit to Brigantine very enjoyable. We had a great time!

One of a kind! Fantastic!

My family and I recently returned from our yearly week-long vacation in Brigantine, NJ. We were beyond pleased with our accommodations. Gordy thought of everything; the house was impeccable … from the thoughtfully laid out floor plan to the beautifully decorated rooms. To quote my 17 year old nephew after he first toured the home, ‘this is the best house we’ve ever stayed in,’ and we all wholeheartedly agreed. Only a few houses from the bay and its gorgeous sunsets, the home is situated only a couple blocks from the beach, shops and restaurants on Ocean Avenue. I parked my car in the driveway upon checkin on Saturday and didn’t drive it again until checkout the following Saturday. A++++ across the board!

Had everything we needed! Excellent stay!

Gordy’s house had everything we needed for an amazing beach week for our three families. The well-stocked kitchen and grill helped us eat at home comfortably and the bedrooms were perfect for couples with kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtful - especially the wet bar, game cabinet, and the patio. Thank you for helping us have a fantastic time!

Cute house

We had a great time staying at Gordy’s house at Brigantine beach. It’s a beautiful house — clean and well designed for the purpose. Walkable to the beach and with plenty of room. Gordy was really responsive— very much appreciated. We’d suggest adding some beach toys, boards, chairs so people don’t have to bring these. Thanks for a great stay! .

Perfect summer vacation house

We stayed from 7/17/21 to 7/31/21 ...We have been vacationing in brigantine for 30 years as our family has grown from children to now adults with grand children. This property was perfect..so comfortable and well thought out.. Well stocked kitchen plus extras in gathering areas.. ice machine, wet bar and fire pit table in backyard patio area. What a perfect beach vacation at the perfect beach house...neighborhood was lovely and quiet..Gordon the owner was awesome with questions we had and follow through with a few items we left behind...

Vacation with a chef, 4 adult children, and a 4 year old

Perfect for the extended family

The property has multiple bedrooms and living spaces to spread out. It is extremely well stocked with appliances, pots, pans and dishes. The neighborhood is attractive, quiet and still easily walkable to the beach. I am now a Brigantine fan for a summer beach vacation

Wonderful home!!

Great beach house

Stayed here with my family for 2 weeks. House is spacious, great location and stocked with everything you need. Outdoor patio with outdoor shower was great for post-beach hang outs. Gordon was an awesome host and very accesible. Will return!

Wonderful beach vacation rental!

We echo what others have said, would definitely stay again. Really loved the Sonos music system throughout the house. Most well stocked I’ve ever seen for things you’d need. Nice back patio setup, walking distance to most everything. Nice bar area with wine refrigerator and ice machine. Great layout for two families to share.

Week at Brigantine

House was lovely, even better than the pictures. Owner very responsible and responsive. Kitchen has everything one could need. Great sound system (sonos). Quiet town with lovely, uncrowded, lifeguarded ocean beach a few blocks away, and a great bar/restaurant that has live music a few blocks down the beach. Brigantine has everything; you dont need to go into AC, but it is close if you want to go to the boardwalk for the rides, etc

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home!

The house is beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and we had more than enough room for four adults and six teenagers. The lovely kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc, and we thoroughly enjoyed the private backyard. Highly recommend this property.

spotless!!!!

So enjoyed our stay at Brigantine! The house was in a great location, a few blocks to the beach, close to restaurants, stores and activities. The house was perfect for the 9 of us (two families). The kitchen was outstanding!! Everything you could possibly need to have a gourmet meal! Beautiful, clean and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The media room was a hit with the teenagers! with games to play on a rainy day. Huge driveway. Great little ideas in this house as well, there are lots of hooks outside to dry towels and bathing suits, a large outdoor shower, sitting area for the whole group close to the bbq, magazines and a large sitting area at the front of the house. We really liked the overall set up for this house...space to gather and enjoy as a whole group ie. have meals and watch a movie , and lots of places for some down time as well. We would have liked linens and beach chairs and the like, to be included since these items can be cumbersome to travel with. Thanks to Katie Ann and Gord for sharing your home!!
