🏡 Welcome to your next shore getaway! Our home is carefully curated and professionally managed & cleaned, designed to ensure a memorable stay, creating a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and relaxation.

Primary Suite – Features a king bed, private balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom – Includes a queen bed.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!
This home is equipped with central heating & air throughout the house.

Quiet and Tranquil Atmosphere: Unlike some of the busier areas in Ventnor City, North Beach boasts a quieter and more tranquil atmosphere, making it perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here, you can truly unwind and enjoy the serenity of the shore.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available, providing convenient transportation options. In addition, you're within walking distance of the beach, allowing for leisurely strolls and easy access to the shore. Many local attractions are also nearby, offering opportunities for exploration and entertainment. For those who prefer to drive, free parking is available both on the premises, ensuring convenience, and on the street, providing additional options.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.
PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced.
