    This elevated mid-level unit at 54th street sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths (2 primary baths with showers, 1 main hallway bath with tub/shower, and 1 indoor, beach level full bath with double shower).

    Spectacular ocean views surround the living room, kitchen, dining area and decks. Enjoy outdoor furniture on the elevated oceanfront balcony, ideal for a sunny morning coffee and newspaper. Newer kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances with center island and beautiful hand selected granite make a focal point for entertaining and socializing. Living room and dining room were also updated recently and all 3 bathrooms on main level were recently remodeled. Flat screen HDTV in the living room along with 2 additional TVs in bedrooms. Wireless internet. Other features include central AC, hardwood bamboo floors, interior laundry room in hall, enclosed full bath with double shower on beach level, large garage with extra room for inside storage, outdoor grill, and lots of off-street parking for 4+ cars.     We loved everything about this home, especially the updated bathrooms and the location! We drank coffee on the beautiful deck in the morning and played games in the evening at the perfect size dining table! All while listening to the ocean. You will not be disappointed!

    This is our 3rd time renting this property and I’m sure we’ll return. It’s clean & spacious with several upgrades since our last visit. Happy to see brand new bathrooms and kitchen cabinets! Everything looks bright and new. Best part by far though is the ocean view from Living space and deck.

    This was a lovely stay with a great 180 view of the ocean. The decor was really perfect and the bathrooms especially were top notch. The fireplace was so nice off season. We loved having the beach so close but being on the quieter side of OC. Highly recommend.
