Girls basketball team

They loved this property and its location. The girls had a basketball tournament in AC. This location is safe, beautiful, walking distance to the beach, and very close to the convention center. The one thing you need to know is that the upstairs and downstairs are not connected from inside, so if you have kids and only one adult, Judy know this. Bit it’s a safe neighborhood, and the host, Steve was great. Very accommodating and very quick responses. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls trip!!!

The units were amazing, clean and the neighborhood was beautiful..it was by chance we picked that area, but loved it. Pleasantly surprised. The host was amazing, lind and easy to communicate with. You were able just call and he answered. We were close to the beach and right across from Atlantic city. That was fun. We would definitely go back. But next time in a whole house, no inits for us. We like being together. Luckily hsteve has whole homes to rent too.😊😊

Great Weekend in Brigatine

Incredible Vacation Rental

I rented both units and each were exactly as described by the owner. I felt as if the house was mine, it was so nicely decorated and had absolutely everything we needed. The ocean and bay are in walking distance, within just a few minutes to each, as are the restaurants and shopping, so we didn’t have to drive our cars much at all. It’s clear that Steve wants his renters to thoroughly enjoy their vacation and doesn’t want them to worry about a thing while they vacation in his home. If you’re looking for a perfect vacation home for your family and friends, I give this home an A+++++

Little Things Matter

Very accurate to on line description. Kitchen needed more dish towels and clean pot holders. Some pots were dirty. The spare propane tank should have been filled. Upstairs unit needs new screen on sliding door. Back motion light wasn't working which caused a safety hazard. Steve is very nice, but if he had someone to address minor issues on the property, his guests would have nothing to complain about.

Fantastic location and perfect home

We stayed here for Easter weekend with our extended family and rented both the upstairs and downstairs. The set up is ideal - we had parents and 4 adult children upstairs, and parents and 3 adult children downstairs. Each family brought their dog. Having separate living areas was perfect for space - and each one is big enough to have meals together. We hosted dinner one night and they hosted breakfast another. The rooms are spacious, kitchen nicely equipped, everything worked (appliances, lights, fans). The house was clean and decorated nicely, giving a very comfortable, homey feel. We were only 2 blocks from the beach, which was awesome for morning walks. The decks were so much fun to hang out on, with room enough for all 11 of us. Steve, the owner, was extremely responsive to any questions I had. He also was very clear on directions (how to set the temp, where to take trash). Overall we loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend it!!

Great with some exceptions

Listing was accurate and Steven was quick to respond to messages. There were a few things that could have been better kitchen wise, such as some additional cooking instruments (we couldn't find a pizza tray, and the cutting board we found was in between the fridge and the groove and was dirty). There's an in-unit laundry, but no detergent/fabric softener (something I don't think any guest would predict to bring). The biggest hang-up was ants. The bottom floor had a pretty bad ant problem.

Easter getaway

The owner was very attentive to all questions. Home was a great set up but we rented it as 1 house not knowing that top and bottom did not connect to each other except from outside. Had a great stay and would go again next year.

Atlantic City Trip

My friends and I had a great time at this house! We wanted a weekend away for my sisters Bachelorette party and we didn’t want to stay in a hotel so this was the perfect spot! It’s a beautiful house and everything inside and outside was so nice and well kept. If I had any questions Steven was very attentive!

Exceeded expectations - both the house and the owner!

We booked the first floor of the house and every step of the way Steven, the owner, was communicative and responsive. Brigantine has a nice easy going vibe and speed, great for relaxing, walking to the beach, riding a bike or just hanging out on a porch. The house was easy to find and the furnishings are perfect. Comfy beds, big rooms, plenty of appliances and items to help with your stay. The central air was perfect for cooling off from the hot summer days. Big fridge fit all our beverages. The door code made it easy for everyone to get in and out without having to deal with physical keys, huge plus! Very easy to get to Atlantic City as well. Would definitely recommend staying here and enjoying all that Brigantine and Atlantic City have to offer.
